What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Online Publishers Forum will:

Review and remove (or disable access to) the allegedly infringing content.

Notify the individual who posted the material.

If necessary, forward the complainant’s information to the uploader for transparency and counter-notification purposes.


Counter-Notification

If you believe that your removed content is not infringing or that you have authorization to use it, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
